The pizza was good, but the seating situation kind of stole the spotlight in the wrong way. Our booth felt a little cramped, and the chairs at the table were one of those “fine at first, but slowly becomes a problem” situations. For a quick bite, it was totally manageable, but if you’re planning to linger and relax, prepare yourself. Not awful by any means, just not the most comfortable setup

Ordered from pizzapapalis again, the cheese is still the best part. It has that perfect stretchy pull and doesn’t taste like the cheap oily stuff you get at some places. Just a warning: if you’re a cheese person, this is probably why you’ll keep coming back too.

We ordered catering from PizzaPapalis for an office lunch, it went smoother than I expected. The food showed up on time, was still hot, and the deep dish ended up being the thing everyone kept talking about. I kept wondering if I’d ordered too much or picked the wrong spot, but the portions were really good and people seemed happy. I’d definitely use them again.

My pizza order showed up missing part of what I paid for, which was annoying tbh. I called them and after a little back and forth, they did end up giving me a refund. The food we did get was still good, but the whole mix-up kinda messed up the night. Giving 3 stars since they handled it in the end, just wish it didnt take as much hassle

I kinda regret stopping in here. The place just didn’t feel very clean, the tables were sticky, and the bathroom looked gross. It made it hard to enjoy anything.

The pizza tasted good, but the box showed up a little bent and greasy on one side. Nothing was actually ruined, it just looked kind of messy when it arrived. Would be nice if it was packed a bit better

I ordered from Pizza Papalis the pizza itself wasn’t bad at all. The flavor was good and the toppings seemed fresh enough, but it arrived more lukewarm than hot, which kind of took the excitement out of it. For what it cost, I was expecting that fresh-out-of-the-oven feel, or at least something close to it.

I don’t know if it sat around waiting for a driver, or if they were trying to squeeze in multiple deliveries before mine, but it definitely felt like it had been sitting a bit. Not the worst experience, and I’d maybe give them another shot, but this one was just okay because of the temperature.

I had a good feeling when I saw how big the menu was. There’s way more than just pizza, it made ordering so much easier. Everyone in my family spotted something they wanted quickly, which almost never happens.

I don’t care if people want to argue about what counts as “real” Chicago deep dish — this tasted close to me. The crust, sauce, and overall feel were way more legit than I expected

We stopped in on a busy Friday, and I expected the staff to be kind of rushed or distracted. But right away, I got the feeling they were really on top of things. Our server kept checking in without overdoing it, and somehow noticed we needed refills before we even thought to ask.
There was a small mix-up with our order, but she handled it so kindly that it barely felt like an issue. The food was good, but my gut reaction was that the service is what really made the visit stand out. It felt like they actually cared, not like they were just trying to turn tables. I'd definitely go back.

For what it cost, I expected the toppings to be a little more generous. Some slices had a good amount, then others were bare, so it felt uneven. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i never really trust that they’ll do much besides give a generic apology.
It wasn’t bad, just not something I’d go out of my way for. I’d probably order again if I was already nearby, but I’d definitely hope they’re a bit more consistent with the toppings next time.

The place has a decent vibe overall, so I can’t really complain too much. The tables were cramped though, which is great if you’ve ever wanted to make best friends with the people sitting next to you

Went to PizzaPapalis and yeah. Parking was kind of hit or miss. Found a spot eventually, but I had to circle around for a few minutes. Lot felt tight too.
Not terrible. Not great either. If it’s busy, probably a pain. Food was fine though. Just wish parking was easier. 3 stars from me

I tried their cheesecake and, it was probably better than I expected. It was really good overall, and I’d definitely consider getting it again.
